Established in 1991, Dijo’s Pizza was founded by two Italian brothers, Dino and Joe; both sharing a dream to offer traditional Italian cuisine to the world. Over the years, Dijo’s Pizza has undergone decades of Italian cuisine experience and evolution. But that hasn’t stopped us from keeping the same recipes since day one, in hopes of capturing the true authenticity of Italian tradition. What is a Panzerotto?

A panzerotto (panzerotti) is the deep-fried version of an Italian baked calzone. All the ingredients are stuffed inside with precision; similar to a folded pizza. Get your hands dirty as you munch upon this deep fried goodness, or cut it up and share it amongst yourselves; either or, your taste buds will be demanding for more! Here at Dijo’s we offer all kinds of sizes ranging from regular sized (for the little ones) , or GIANT size (if you’re daring enough!). Pack a couple of napkins because this one is going to get messy!
